Nominations
At Unique Medal Holders, we believe in honoring the bravery and sacrifice of our military members. That's why we are proud to offer a special opportunity for you to nominate a member or former member of the military to receive a free award.
To nominate a military member for a free award (medallion), please follow the guidelines below:
- Provide the full name and a brief description of the nominee, your relation to them, and why you are nominating them. For example; My name is jane doe, I'm nominating my husband Jonh Doe, who is a retired navy seal for an medallion for his birthday.
- Submit your nomination below and put NOMINATION in all caps before your name.
We carefully review all nominations and select recipients. Please note that due to the high volume of nominations we receive, we may not be able to award every applicant with a medallion.
Once a nominee has been selected to receive a free award, we will reach out to you directly to arrange the details of the award presentation.
